Elisa Delgado

Elisa Delgado currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence and Head of Organization at Iberdrola since January 2023. Prior to this role, Elisa was a Senior Manager in Business Consulting at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM from April 2021 to January 2023 and a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Invent from June 2016 to March 2021. Elisa began her career as a Senior Consultant at EY, focusing on R&D tax advisory services, and held various engineering and project management positions at Amadeus IT Group, Assystem GmbH, and Accenture. Elisa holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has studied at the University of Stuttgart.
