Sabela Sarandeses

Sabela Sarandeses has over 20 years of experience in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Business Developer Manager for Green Hydrogen at Iberdrola since December 2017. In this role, Sabela is responsible for managing public and private charging infrastructure, ensuring service availability, and developing operational strategies. Previous positions include overseeing electric vehicle charging installations and developing smart city solutions. Prior to Iberdrola, Sabela worked at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE as an associate professor in electric circuits and electrotechnics and held various engineering management roles at Empresarios Agrupados and Iberdrola Engineering and Construction, focusing on electrical engineering projects and team management. Sabela holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a business administration degree from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
