Sebastian Hoff

Sebastian Hoff has extensive experience in offshore wind farm operations and maintenance, currently serving as OSS Platform Manager and Deputy SAP at Iberdrola since October 2019. Responsibilities include managing operational systems for the Wikinger and Baltic Eagle wind farms with a focus on 220kV substations and crane operations. Prior to this, Sebastian held roles at Siemens from December 2014 to October 2019, including Offshore Service Specialist and Service Team Lead, where involvement in commissioning and maintenance of HVDC projects was key. Earlier experience includes working as an Offshore Service Technician at Offshore Industrie Service GmbH and training as a mechatronics engineer at Unilever.
