Joe Kidd, MBA, RDN, has extensive experience in food and nutrition management within healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Food & Nutrition / Environmental Services at Iberia Medical Center since June 2015, Joe oversees financial and operational issues related to Nutritional Services, Environmental Services, and Linen Departments, in addition to coordinating the ADA-accredited Diabetes Self Management Education Program. Prior roles include Director of Hospitality Services at Dauterive Hospital and Director of Food & Nutrition at Maison De Lafayette, where Joe managed staff, developed quality assurance plans, and ensured compliance with healthcare standards. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Dietetic internship from Utah State University, and an MBA from LSU Shreveport.
