Richard Heimbrock

Richard Heimbrock has over two decades of experience with IBEW Local 212, serving in various capacities including Membership Development, Ohio Registrar, and Inside Journeyman Wireman. In the Membership Development role, Richard focuses on representing electrical workers, enhancing job opportunities, recruiting electrical contractors and electricians, as well as engaging in political and community outreach initiatives. As Ohio Registrar, responsibilities include voter registration and political education, with an emphasis on advocacy and volunteer recruitment. Richard also works as an Adult Education Instructor at the IBEW/NECA Electrical Training Center, teaching essential safety and electrical practices. Richard completed education at the IBEW/NECA Electrical Training Center and Colerain High School.
