Damon Sparrow

Damon Sparrow is an experienced executive in the fields of business development and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development and CX Solutions at ibex since September 2019, Damon previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Experience Management. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Sitel from October 2013 to September 2019, as well as holding positions as Vice President of Sales and Business Development and Director of Sales at Stream Global Services from July 1999 to September 2013. Damon holds a degree from New England College, attended from 1989 to 1994.
