Dave Wilkerson

Dave Wilkerson serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at ibex since September 2016, bringing extensive leadership experience in the business process outsourcing industry. Prior to this role, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Conduent from November 2011 to September 2016 and held the position of Vice President of Operations at Sitel from November 2005 to December 2011. At Sitel, Dave managed multiple BPO sites and undertook various responsibilities including Director of Account Management and Regional Vice President. Dave Wilkerson holds degrees from the University of North Florida and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
