David Afdahl

David Afdahl is the current COO at ibex. Prior to their current position, they were a Senior Vice President at Conduent from January 2017 to February 2017. David was with Xerox Services until 1/1/17 and was responsible for strategic direction, standards development, governance, and overall performance. From November 2009 to December 2016, they were the Managing Director for Xerox Services and was responsible for a $500 million budget and locations in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, & Asia. David supported clients in the communications, technology, healthcare, and media industries. From January 2006 to November 2009, they were the Regional Vice President Of Operations for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). From July 2005 to January 2006, they were the General Manager for ACS. From June 1996 to June 2005, they were the Director of Operations for Absolute Quality Inc.

David Afdahl attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree.

They work with Chad Rycenga - EVP, Product, Paul Inson - Chief People Officer, and Bruce Dawson - Chief Sales & Client Services Officer. Their manager is Bob Dechant, CEO. and Greg Rajchel - EVP, Commercial & Client Operations reports to David Afdahl.
