Michael Ringman currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ibex, where responsibilities include spearheading technology strategy and overseeing global IT infrastructure and security for AI-powered customer experience solutions. Prior to joining ibex in October 2025, Michael held various leadership roles at TELUS International and TELUS, including CIO/CTO and Interim CIO, focusing on technology services and cloud solutions across multiple verticals. Michael's extensive experience includes managing global infrastructure at TeleTech Holdings Inc. and consulting for network design at IBM Global Services. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Michael holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Aerospace, respectively.
