Shahzad Mahmood

Shahzad Mahmood is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Treasury at ibex since July 2013, Shahzad leads a team focused on liquidity management, cash forecasting, and risk management while overseeing finance functions for operations in the Philippines, Jamaica, Nicaragua, and Senegal. Prior roles include Vice President of Group Finance at TRG, where responsibilities included corporate reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, and Financial Controller for TRG Holdings LLC. Shahzad's career also encompasses significant positions at Multinet Pakistan, Grant Thornton, and Deloitte, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting, financial controls, and taxation. Shahzad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
