Zarq Jamal

Zarq Jamal is a seasoned IT service delivery professional with extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing the software development lifecycle. Currently serving as Manager of IT Service Delivery at ibex and Virtual World since June 2020, Zarq has been integral in incident, problem, knowledge, change, and release management activities. Previously, Zarq held roles at Intellyct as a Business Development Specialist and at IBEX in various capacities, including Pre-Sales Business Analyst, where expertise in IT services such as IoT, e-commerce, and digital marketing was leveraged to develop business opportunities. Early career experiences included positions at Systems Limited, IBEX Global, Telenor, Occidental Pharma, and Allied Trading Corporation, contributing to a robust foundation in customer service, business development, and operational management. Zarq holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Pak Aims.
