Mario Aguiluz

Mario Aguiluz has a wealth of experience in various industries. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Commercial Officer, VP of LATAM, and Chief Sales Officer at IBEX, where they are responsible for accelerating financial sovereignty for individuals and institutions, building and operating a strategy for the adoption of Digital Assets in Central America, and structuring new projects such as BTC mining with renewable energy in developing countries. From 2017 to 2016, they were the Project Director at Integra Medical & Cancer Center, where they built a renowned cancer center in Guatemala, and Gerente General at Grupo Trebol Holding. In 2016, they were also a Country Consultant at Abt Associates. From 2013 to 2011, they were the Executive Director at Grupo Creativisima, developing renewable energy projects throughout the region, creating lasting relationships between investors and dreamers, and making the dream come true. Finally, from 2011 to 2010, they were the Relationship Manager at Banco G&T Continental, managing Corporate Client relationships to increase the use of banking products and giving financial advice as well as structuring tools for corporate clients. Mario also worked as the Cloud Computing Manager at Widefense in 2010.

Mario Aguiluz received their BA in Economics with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 2010. Mario also completed a Summer Program in Entrepreneurship at Babson College in 2009. Prior to that, Mario received their BA in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 2009. In 2007, they completed a Summer Program in Business Strategy and IT Innovation at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
