Ian Decker

Ian Decker is an experienced sales professional and the Founder and Principal of Black Dog Sales Group since September 2020, representing brands such as Norrøna, Tread Labs, FLAXTA, and Martha. Ian has held multiple brand representative roles, including positions at Norrøna Sport AS and Tread Labs, and currently represents Chrome Industries and Lolë Brands. Previous experience includes territory sales management at Arc'teryx Equipment and senior sales representative roles at Helly Hansen and Altra Running. Ian's career in sales began in 2004 with Marmot, showcasing a strong track record in the outdoor and sports industries. Ian is an alumnus of Hobart College.
