Cecília Andreucci, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors and ESG Committee Chair at Guararapes, where they are also a member of the Audit Committee. Cecília is also an Audit & Risk Committee Member at Grupo Boticário.
Cecília has been actively involved with the IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa since 2009, where they have held various positions such as 25º IBGC Congress Content Lead Curator, Lecturer, and Member of the Strategy Commission. Cecília Andreucci, PhD, has an extensive education history. Cecília obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1987 to 1992. Cecília then pursued a Post-graduation in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 1995 to 1997.
Andreucci furthered their education by completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Communication and Consumption Practices from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2007-2008. In 2011-2015, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Communication Sciences from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
Andreucci also attended various executive education programs. In 2004, they completed an Executive Education program in Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In 2017, they attended the Harvard Business School to pursue a program in Making Corporate Boards More Effective, earning their MCB.
Furthermore, Andreucci obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2016, they received the certification of Conselheiro de Administração from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. In 2019, they acquired the WCD certification from WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation.
