Alan Brookes

Alan Brookes has over two decades of leadership experience in the construction and consulting industries, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Arcadis since January 2014. Brookes has held multiple key positions within Arcadis, including Chief Operating Officer and Group Executive for Europe and the Middle East, as well as CEO for the UK and Ireland. Prior to Arcadis, Brookes led the Asia Pacific operations at EC Harris from 2000 to 2014 and served as Chairman at Povall Flood and Wilson from 1997 to 2000. Alan Brookes holds a BSc in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 1984, and attended Queens Park High School in Chester from 1975 to 1980.
