Ron Shuhatovich

Ron Shuhatovich's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as an Associate Attorney at Ben-Naftali, Erez, Zahavi & Co. Advocates. In this role, they specialized in capital market law, providing legal services to mutual funds, hedge funds, and portfolio management entities, including representation before the Israel Securities Authority.

In 2016, Ron joined Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co. as an Associate. Here, they provided counseling on corporate and securities matters for public companies, advised clients on financial regulations, and guided companies through IPOs and secondary offerings of securities.

In 2020, Ron was promoted to Partner at Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co., where they continued their work until 2022.

From 2022 to the present, Ron has served as the Chief Legal Counsel at IBI Investment House Ltd.

Ron Shuhatovich completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management, General from Reichman University from 2006 to 2010. Ron then pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on commercial law at Bar-Ilan University from 2013 to 2014.
