Louise Kawalla Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Louise's work experience also includes a position as a Student Assistant at KAB, an administration organization, and their role as a Service and Sales Assistant at Lalandia Rødby, a popular leisure resort. Additionally, they served as a Store Manager and Sales Assistant at Museums Kopi Smykker, a company specializing in authentic reproductions of ancient jewelry.

Early in their career, Louise worked as a Student Assistant at Dan-Project ApS.

Louise Kawalla Pedersen began their education in 1998 at Maribo Gymnasium, where they completed a four-year high school program with a focus on mathematics and the environment. After graduating in 2002, they pursued further studies in the field of building construction at Københavns Erhvervsakademi (KEA) from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's degree. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, Louise attended Kunstakademiets Arkitektskole (KADK) for an undisclosed program. Finally, in the years 2011 to 2014, they enrolled at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Production and Management.
