Michael Shassere has over 35 years of experience in various IT leadership roles. Michael is currently the Director of IT at BioVeritas since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Information Technology at iBio, Inc. from November 2020. In this role, they managed IT operations for research, product development, and manufacturing operations, while also ensuring cyber protection protocols.

Before iBio, Inc., Michael worked as the Global Director - IT at Pharm-Olam, LLC for more than 13 years. Michael led the Global Information Technology Department and coordinated the integration of multiple separate locations, establishing a stable network.

Furthermore, they served as the Director - IT at Jardine Lloyd Thompson from January 2005 to March 2006, where they directed all IT functions and transitioned the organization to a digital environment.

Michael also worked as the Regional IT Director at USI Insurance Services for over a decade, overseeing IT operations and participating in major IT initiatives.
