Sueda O.

Sueda O. is an experienced Talent Sourcer currently engaged with multiple companies including TNO, IBIS Power, Successr, Vanderlande, and Rubix since 2023. Sueda has an extensive background in psychological counseling, having worked with the Ministry of Education and a private company from 2011 to 2022, integrating psychodrama and positive psychology to empower clients. Previous experience includes a role as a recruiter at Turk Telekom, and a position as a field trainer and psychological counselor at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Sueda holds a PhD from Bahcesehir University and multiple degrees in psychological counseling and industrial-organizational psychology from prestigious institutions, including Middle East Technical University and Boğaziçi University.
