Vice President For Research at Ibis Reproductive Health

Caitlin Gerdts, PhD, MHS has extensive work experience in the field of reproductive health and epidemiology. Caitlin currently holds the position of Vice President for Research at Ibis Reproductive Health, where they have been working since 2015. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Associate at the same company.

Before joining Ibis Reproductive Health, Dr. Gerdts worked as an Epidemiologist at UCSF starting in 2012. From 2009 to 2012, they held the position of Epidemiologist at the Bixby Center for Population, Health, and Sustainability at the University of California, Berkeley. Caitlin'searlier experience includes working as a Research Associate at RTI International from 2007 to 2009.

Caitlin Gerdts, PhD, MHS earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology from Stanford University between 1998 and 2002. Caitlin then pursued a Master of Health Sciences degree in Population, Family, and Reproductive Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2006 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained their PhD in Epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley from 2009 to 2012.
