Annette Houtekamer

Annette Houtekamer is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in inclusive insurance and risk management. As Co-Founder of IBISA NETWORK since January 2019 and an active member of the ICMIF Development Committee, Annette plays a pivotal role in fostering stakeholder connections to promote development strategies. Additionally, Annette Houtekamer leads their consulting firm, specializing in inclusive insurance, and has been chair of Stichting Vrienden van DHAN, supporting the DHAN Foundation in India since 2006. Prior roles include Chair of the Client Board at SOVAK, Micro Insurance Expert at the Microinsurance Network, Project Portfolio Manager at Achmea Foundation, and Business Development Manager positions at Achmea and Eureko Re. Annette Houtekamer holds an MBA in business management and economics from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
