Chelsea Earls-Harris

Chelsea Earls-Harris, MPH, has extensive experience in rehabilitation services, currently serving as a Rehabilitation Service Technician at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute since October 2020, where techniques and safety for patients are monitored and treatment modalities are facilitated for an average of 40 patients monthly. Previous roles include working as a PT/OT Aide at Shepherd Center, contributing to patient recovery in inpatient settings, and as a Rehabilitation Technician at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, focusing on safety protocols and patient transfers. Chelsea's earlier volunteer experiences include assisting patients with spinal cord injuries at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and supporting physical therapy practices at Empower PT and Aurora Health Care. Chelsea holds a Master of Public Health degree from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from the University of Tampa.
