Erica Hernandez

Erica Hernandez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and clinical operations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Pilates Instructor at Balanced Body since December 2024, Erica completed comprehensive training focused on Pilates methods. Prior to this role, Erica has held significant positions at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute since April 2012, including Director of Clinical Staff and Project Management, Regional Project Manager, and Practice Administrator for the Spine Center. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Project Manager and Revenue Cycle Manager at HIS, where project planning and client onboarding were key responsibilities, and as Billing Manager at a Surgery Center, where billing operations were transitioned in-house.
