Michelle Cooper-Flaherty

Michelle Cooper-Flaherty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career at Advanced Rehabilitation Clinics in 2000, where they served as the VP of Administration until 2007. Michelle then joined Rush Hospital as a Director in August 2007 and continued until an unspecified date in 2010. From 2007 to 2010, they also worked as a Program Director at Diversified Clinical Services. In 2010, Michelle joined Illinois Bone and Joint Institute as an Administrator and held this role until April 2022. During their time at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, they also served as the Director of Administrative and Clinical Services from August 2018 to April 2022. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, starting in April 2022.

Michelle Cooper-Flaherty obtained an MBA in Business from Northern Illinois University in 2006-2007. Michelle also holds a B.S. degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
