Shayne Welch

Shayne Welch is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in various healthcare and wellness settings. Currently, Shayne serves as a physical therapist at Physical Wellness Lab, LLC and Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, in addition to working as a health coach at Comprehensive Gastrointestinal Health LLC. With roles as a spin instructor at Spynergy Chicago and a fitness coach at Orangetheory Fitness, Shayne combines physical therapy expertise with fitness training. Previous experience includes a role as a physical therapist at Athletico and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Shayne holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, along with certification as a health coach from ACE Fitness.
