Giuseppina Baffi

Giuseppina Baffi is an experienced professional in human resources and institutional relations, currently serving as Presidente Comitato Remunerazioni and Consigliere indipendente at BLUE SGR since April 2023. Previously, Baffi held the position of Responsabile Risorse Umane e Relazioni Istituzionali at IBL Banca since April 2016 and led the Direzione Centrale Affari Internazionali ed Istituzionali at Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane from July 2014 to March 2016.
