Matthew Kientz is an accomplished retail manager with extensive experience in business operations and customer relations. Since July 2020, Matthew has been serving as the Retail Manager at IBLP. Prior to this, Matthew founded and operated Open Crumb Bakery LLC from April 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, financial accounting, and client consulting to ensure high-quality products. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Production Line Worker at Pacific Coast Memorials, focusing on engraving granite memorials with precision, and as a Carpenter at All Size Shed Co, where Matthew collaborated with clients on shed construction projects. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Western Governors University.
