Ajay Dua is the General Counsel for IBM Asia Pacific, leading the legal team across the region, including Japan and China. They are instrumental in strategic matters and oversee various legal areas such as corporate contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance issues. Previously, Ajay held similar roles in the Middle East & Africa and India/South Asia, and they worked in a law firm prior to joining IBM. Ajay is a British Chevening scholar, a qualified solicitor of England & Wales, and an alumnus of the IBM Corporate Service Corps. They have been recognized with several awards, including the prestigious Best of IBM award.
