Filip Lodding

Filip Lodding Bondy is a legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and risk management. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Altor Equity Partners since October 2019 and as Risk Manager at Altor Fund Manager since February 2020, Filip previously held the position of Senior Associate at Mannheimer Swartling from February 2014 to September 2019, where the focus was on mergers and acquisitions. Additional experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Altor Equity Partners, a Legal Intern at Spotify, and various trainee positions that involved insurance law and real estate transactions. Filip obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Uppsala University and furthered education at King's College London.
