Ann Shen is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for the IBM Greater China Group, overseeing HR leadership in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan since 2017. Previously, they held various HR leadership roles at IBM, including HR Director for software sales and regional HR leader for IBM ASEAN. Ann’s earlier experience includes serving as an HR Supervisor at Grünenthal and various HR positions within IBM, where they contributed to compensation management, workforce strategies, and leadership development. They earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Sichuan University in 1999.
