Arifa S.

Arifa S. has over two decades of professional experience in various roles, primarily in management and human resources. Starting as an Administrative Assistant at Spectrum Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in 1999, Arifa progressed to a Team Manager at AOL/Aegis from 2002 to 2010, and then to a Team Manager at Aegis Ltd. until May 2010. Following this, Arifa joined IBM India in May 2010 as an HR Executive and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager at IBM Global Process Services in August 2011. Arifa's educational background includes studies at Bangalore University and a degree from Chhattisgarh University, completed in 2005.
