Eeva Salonen

Eeva Salonen serves as the Executive Vice President of Group HR at Kemira since June 2008, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of global HR strategy and change management initiatives aligned with the business transformation towards becoming a leading water chemistry company. Prior to Kemira, Eeva held various senior HR positions at Nokia from 1995 to 2008, including Vice President roles in HR for Research and Development and the Mobile Phones Business Group, overseeing large global organizations and managing significant change efforts. Earlier experience also includes roles at Nordea in quality systems and service management. Eeva holds a Master of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Helsinki.
