Arindam Burman

Arindam Burman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and customer management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at IBM since January 2006. In this role, Arindam is responsible for enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience through effective operational activities and strategic recruitment strategies. Prior to IBM, Arindam worked at Accenture as a Customer Manager from March 2004 to January 2006, where responsibilities included selling and servicing car insurance for a UK-based company and mentoring new team members. Arindam received the Summit Award for outstanding performance at Accenture. Arindam's educational background includes a BA from Madras Christian College, as well as schooling at Oak Grove School.
