Aviv Ron

Aviv Ron is a Senior Researcher and Manager at IBM Research, leading a team at the Cyber Security Center of Excellence. With a strong background in application security and penetration testing, Aviv focuses on integrating AI solutions to address critical security challenges. They have filed 14 patents and have served on the patent committee since 2008. Aviv also teaches advanced cybersecurity courses at Ben Gurion University, where they have been inspiring students since 2016. Prior to their current role, Aviv worked as a Security Architect at Intel, where they led software development teams.
