Ben Landrum is a global leader in offering management at IBM Consulting and an IBM Distinguished Designer. They previously served as a Senior Design Manager for Global Innovation at Procter & Gamble from 2008 to 2015. Currently, Ben leads design efforts for GBS offerings and holds various senior leadership roles within IBM Services. They earned a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design between 2006 and 2008.
