Betty Dass

Betty Dass is an experienced leader in transition and transformation, having served as India Transition Leader (VP) at IBM from December 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included driving seamless transitions across diverse environments and leading teams in various initiatives. Prior to IBM, Betty held the position of Assistant Vice President at Accenture, overseeing global accounts and managing governance and transformation efforts. Previous roles include senior management positions at WNS Global Services and Vertex India Ltd, as well as early experience as a Process Associate at Wipro Spectramind. Betty Dass holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University - South Campus and is a graduate of Lady Irwin Senior Secondary School.
