Bill Hoch

Bill Hoch has extensive experience in technology and engineering management, with a career at IBM that began in February 1991. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager for Application Runtimes and Frameworks, Bill also fulfills the role of Scrum Master for Node. From May 2012 to the present, Bill has managed a development engineering team within the WebSphere Application Server organization, overseeing release builds and the development and testing of WebSphere Hypervisor Edition images across various cloud platforms, while handling HR responsibilities. Previous roles include serving as a test lead and manager, which involved project scheduling, test planning, and defect resolution. Bill's early career includes service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from February 1978 to October 1986.
