Bob Sheehan

Bob Sheehan is an experienced Contracts Manager at IBM, where they have held various roles since 2002, including Senior Contracts Manager and Contract Negotiator. With a background in the information technology and services industry, Bob has previously worked as a Subcontracts and Procurement Team Lead and Subcontract Administrator at IBM Federal Systems, as well as a Senior Subcontract Administrator at Loral Federal Systems.
