Brittany Cooper

Brittany Cooper is an experienced leader in talent management, strategy, and organizational transformation, currently serving as Client Zero & Rapid Discovery Leader at IBM since July 2014, focusing on IBM's Generative AI and automation portfolios. Previous roles at IBM include Strategy & Transformation Leader, Global Head of People & Culture, Global Learning & Enablement Leader, and Global Talent Lead, where efforts centered on enhancing employee engagement and driving digital transformation. Brittany has also contributed to Meredith College as Vice President of Alumnae Relations on the Board of Directors and served on the Board of Advisors for Washington Media Institute. Prior experience includes leadership roles at MXM and Burson-Marsteller, with a foundational education in Mass Communications from Meredith College.
