Carl DeChavez

Carl DeChavez is a Senior Architect at IBM, where they analyze and define clients’ business strategies while partnering with application development teams to enhance methodology and tools. Previously, Carl worked as a Senior Manager at H-E-B, where they expanded the multimedia production team and managed internal communications effectively. Their experience also includes roles at Washington Mutual and Galaxy Scientific Corporation, focusing on e-learning media and instructional design. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History at the same institution.
