Carol Gordon is currently a member of the Board of Directors at MyStandard and serves as the Vice President of the Global HR Partner Organization at IBM. Carol held various leadership roles at IBM, including Vice President of HR for the Hybrid Cloud, Global Technology Services, and Talent Acquisition, among others. Prior to their extensive career at IBM, Carol was a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy from 1986 to 1995. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree at Loughborough University.
