Caroline Steadman

Caroline Steadman is a Senior Procurement Consultant at IBM, where they focus on Procurement BPO Delivery. They previously served as a Purchasing Intern at Cree and as a Supply Chain Practicum Student at Duke Energy Corporation, where they performed spend data analysis and proposed process improvements. A dedicated leader, Steadman was the Philanthropy Chairman for Delta Zeta Sorority and participated in the APICS Triangle Chapter mentorship program. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations from North Carolina State University.
