Carolyn Carter

Carolyn Carter is an experienced HR and technology professional with a strong background in payroll, HR transformation, and global HR technology solutions. At IBM from May 2021 to March 2025, Carolyn held multiple leadership roles including VP of People Experience & Transformation, VP of Manager & Employee Services, and VP of Global Payroll. Prior to IBM, Carolyn served as the Global Head of HR Technology Solutions at Bloomberg LP from May 2016 to June 2019 and held several executive positions at Morgan Stanley from January 2011 to May 2016, including Executive Director of Workday Product Management. Early career experiences include roles as a Business Analyst at AIG and HRIS Manager at Guess?, Inc. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
