Caryn Buddie

Caryn Buddie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution design and consultancy, currently serving as the Solution Design Lead for IBM Enterprise Career & Skills since July 2017. Prior to this role, Caryn held the position of Managing Consultant at IBM from February 2004 to 2016, providing critical services to various Government Agencies, notably as Service Delivery Manager for the United States Agency for International Development. Earlier career experience includes an Account Executive role at Gage from January 1998 to August 2001, where responsibilities included managing incentive programs and enhancing company morale. Caryn holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from American University and a B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of South Alabama.
