Cindy Chen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. Cindy began as an HR Specialist at Daan Medical Laboratory from October 2009 to February 2011 and then served as a Talent Acquisition professional at Rockwell Automation from February 2011 to December 2015. Following this, Cindy held the position of Recruiting Supervisor at Wall Street English from January 2016 to April 2017 before becoming a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Aptiv until July 2019. In July 2019, Cindy took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at IBM, demonstrating expertise in the recruitment field. Currently, Cindy is the Talent Acquisition Manager for APAC at ZF Group since January 2024. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Shanghai University of Engineering Science, completed in 2008.
