D. Chris Rayner

D. Chris Rayner is a Senior Advisory Data Scientist at IBM with extensive expertise in machine learning, data mining, and algorithms. They have held various roles, including Applied AI Scientist and AI Acceleration team member at IBM, where they focused on metadata quality, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Rayner served as a Data Scientist at Dissolve Inc., developing a competitive search engine, and as a Visiting Researcher at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, working on reinforcement learning solutions. Rayner earned both a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta.
