Damara Abdul Ghani

Damara Abdul Ghani has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at IBM since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading global executive hiring strategies and transformational programs. Prior roles at IBM include Global Transformation Leader for Executive Search & Integration and Executive Policy, Experience, & Operations Partner. Damara has also worked as an independent Talent Advisor for TED Conferences and as a Talent Consultant for AVID Center. Previous experience includes significant HR and recruitment roles at NBCUniversal, Michael Kors, Robert Half Technology, KVF Distribution, and PalletOne Inc. Damara holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive.
