Dawn Bui

Dawn Bui is an Associate Partner at IBM, focusing on mission-critical federal IT modernization initiatives. Dawn has over a decade of experience in program and project management, having previously served in various leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Octo. Notably, Bui led significant projects such as the Army Enterprise SharePoint 2010 implementation and the award-winning Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment Decision Support Tool. Bui holds an MBA in IT and Finance from the University of Maryland and a BS in MIS and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
