Dixie Gaebler

Dixie Gaebler (Goad) has extensive experience in the title and escrow industry, beginning as an Escrow Assistant at Stewart Title Company from June 2003 to November 2005, where responsibilities included managing files and maintaining records. Dixie's role as a Senior Escrow Assistant at First American Corporation from February 2006 to July 2007 involved ensuring accurate and timely closing of lender files. As an Escrow Officer at Fidelity Nat'l/LSI Title from August 2007 to May 2009, duties included preparing HUD-1 settlement statements and managing client communications. Transitioning to a business analysis focus, Dixie served as a Senior Business Analyst at Saxon Mortgage from June 2009 to November 2012, and has held Business System Analyst positions at Black Knight Financial Services from November 2013 to May 2015 and at IBM since December 2015, working on financial systems updates and requirements documentation. Education was pursued at Kaplan University.
