Alaa Ismail

Alaa Ismail is an experienced business consultant and leader with a strong background in business analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as a Business Lead at TATWEER MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA L.L.C since October 2019, Alaa oversees a team of business analysts and provides consultancy services. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst at Softec International, where Alaa managed stakeholder collaboration and requirements validation, and System Business Analyst at Blue Cloud Digital Solutions, focusing on project management and solution evaluation. Alaa also contributed to the software development life cycle at MBTek Solutions as a Business Analyst/Software Engineer, and developed innovative solutions at Inspiration as a Software Engineer. Alaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Aleppo University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
